The Gadgets That You Might Need Without Realising It
That\’s the thing with gadgets, half the time you never knew you needed them until they were solving a problem you didn\’t know existed. There are many different gadgets available these days and most of us use them in some form or another; some of us use iPhones while some of us will be using spy glasses.
Obviously some gadgets hold more appeal than others but the following are some of the more interesting ones available on the market today.
Xbox Kinect
While the Kinect really has taken the gaming industry by storm, the real surprise is that by hacking it, it can be used as an input device for just about anything you can think of.
Microsoft must have known what they were doing when they made it JavaScript enabled as this means it can be programmed to talk with lots of things. However it can now be used on a number of different platforms as opposed to just Windows based systems which might be a problem for Microsoft.
Earthmate PN-Series
If you are out exploring remote parts of the world then this is a GPS device that will come in handy. You can use this gizmo to find your way and send text messages and SOS calls via satellite where mobile phones don\’t pick up.
So if you are planning an adventure to the Antarctic then you won\’t want to be without this gadget.
Mi Suny iPower 4
The Mi Suny iPower 4 is something that is a gadget that is long overdue in the mobile telecoms market. This is a mobile charger for your iPhone and one charge should be able to give your device up to two hundred percent of its battery power.
The way it does this is by using solar power to replenish the battery via a USB connection. Because this gadget was so well received at the Gadget Show in 2011, the company are planning to make similar devices to work with the iPad and the Blackberry devices so make sure you watch out for it!
